La compagnia italiana Msc Crociere ha annunciato che a partire dal prossimo autunno verranno attivate diverse offerte interessanti per tutti coloro che desiderano visitare il Nord America via nave. Gli italiani viaggiano sempre più spesso negli Stati Uniti e in Canada, ma la maggior parte utilizza l’aereo come mezzo di trasporto. Msc Crociere propone un viaggio diverso dal solito, quasi “un viaggio nel viaggio”, alla scoperta delle tratte percorse da Cristoforo Colombo.
Msc Crociere ha annunciato tramite un comunicato presente sul sito ufficiale che a partire dal prossimo autunno saranno attivi i collegamenti diretti con il Nord America ed è possibile prenotare i biglietti già adesso godendo di un forte sconto. La navigazione avverrà a bordo della nave da crociera Poesia e durerà 8 o 11 giorni. Saranno diversi gli scali, tutti nelle città più famose degli Stati Uniti, come New York, Halifax, Boston e Quebec.
Le partenze previste da Msc Crociere sono quattro, ognuna delle quali caratterizzata da un itinerario diverso: sarà possibile partire per il Nord America il 22 settembre, il 2 ottobre, il 9 ottobre e il 16 ottobre. La nave da crociera Poesia è stata varata il 5 aprile del 2008 a Dover, in Inghilterra, ed è gemella di Msc Musica e Msc Orchestra. La capienza della nave arriva in totale fino a 3mila persone.
La compagnia Msc Crociere ha sede a Napoli e al momento è l’unica grande compagnia di navigazione che utilizza capitale interamente italiano nelle sue operazioni. Sono moltissime le destinazioni di MSC Crociere, come il Mediterraneo, il Nord Europa, il Sud America, i Caraibi, il Nord America e il Sud Africa. MSC pratica inoltre anche diverse crociere oceaniche.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
